Delete Your PerAI Account and Data

Aurangle, provides and operates PerAI. This page explains how users may request deletion of a PerAI account and associated eligible server-side account data.
1. In-App Deletion Path
If you have access to your account, open:
PerAI > Settings > Account > Delete Account
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request.
2. Web or Email Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to:
support@perai.io
Use the subject line:
Delete PerAI account
Include:
- •The email address linked to your PerAI account
- •Any information reasonably needed to verify that you control the account
We may request additional verification before processing a deletion request.
3. What We Delete or De-Identify
After verifying your request, Aurangle will delete or de-identify eligible server-side account data associated with your PerAI account, subject to applicable law, technical feasibility, security needs, backup cycles, fraud-prevention needs, dispute-resolution needs, legal obligations, and legitimate retention requirements.
Eligible server-side account data may include:
- •Account profile information
- •Server-side workspace records
- •Server-side backed-up files or document data
- •Server-side chats, prompts, summaries, explanations, AI outputs, and related content
- •Server-side settings, metadata, and account-associated operational data
- •Other server-side account data that is eligible for deletion under applicable law and our retention practices
4. What May Not Be Deleted
Some information may not be deleted immediately or may be retained where necessary or permitted, including:
- •Information stored only on your device
- •Information controlled by Google Play, payment processors, app stores, connected services, or other third parties
- •Data you exported, copied, shared, downloaded, transmitted, or stored outside PerAI
- •Information associated with another user, team, organization, workspace, administrator, legal hold, or shared environment
- •Records required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, audit, billing, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution, compliance, or enforcement purposes
- •Backup copies, logs, caches, diagnostics, security records, archives, residual copies, and disaster-recovery records retained for a limited period according to ordinary business practices
- •Aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, statistical, or non-personally identifiable information
- •Information necessary to protect legal rights, comply with obligations, investigate misuse, or enforce terms
5. Effect of Deletion
Deleting your account may permanently remove access to:
- •Your PerAI account
- •Server-side workspace data
- •Backed-up documents
- •AI-generated outputs
- •Chats, summaries, and document insights
- •Sync, backup, cloud, or account-linked features
- •Account-linked settings, entitlements, and preferences
Deletion may be irreversible.
Deleting your PerAI account may not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You are responsible for managing subscriptions through Google Play or the applicable payment platform.
6. Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law, subject to verification, technical feasibility, backup cycles, legal retention obligations, fraud-prevention needs, dispute-resolution needs, security requirements, and legitimate business needs.
