Account deletion
You can delete your PerAI account from the app where the delete account option is available. If you need help, contact support@perai.io from the Google account email used with PerAI.
In-app deletion steps
- 1. Open PerAI
- 2. Sign in with the Google account used for PerAI
- 3. Open Account or Settings
- 4. Choose Delete account
- 5. Review the warning
- 6. Confirm deletion
If in-app deletion is unavailable
- •Email support@perai.io
- •Use subject: Account deletion request
- •Send from the Google account email used with PerAI
- •Include a short request to delete the PerAI account
What deletion affects
- •PerAI account record
- •Server-side generated summaries, modes, and artifacts associated with the account, according to service design
- •Usage and quota records where no longer needed
- •PerAI-side account data
What deletion does not do
- •Does not delete the user's Google account
- •Does not delete original files stored locally on the user's device
- •Does not cancel Google Play subscriptions automatically unless the app or backend already handles it
- •Does not recover deleted local files
Billing reminder
If you have an active Google Play subscription, manage or cancel it through Google Play separately.
