PerAI is designed to help users understand documents, notes, and generated outputs while keeping the Android launch simple and transparent.

• •Original files stay local in the Android launch and are not backed up by PerAI.
• •Generated summaries, answers, audio-note outputs, usage metadata, and account data may be processed by PerAI services.
• •Server chat backup is not available in this launch unless explicitly introduced later.

PerAI may use third-party service providers for AI generation, web search, billing, authentication, analytics, notifications, hosting, and operational infrastructure.

PerAI may record operational metadata such as feature used, provider/model identifiers, token or usage counts, estimated cost, status, and timestamps. This metadata is used for reliability, abuse prevention, cost control, support, and business operations.

Some records may be retained where required or appropriate for legal, billing, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, or operational reasons.
