Acceptance of terms

By using PerAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What PerAI provides

PerAI provides AI-assisted document reading, summaries, reading modes, and document chat. Features, quotas, and availability may change over time.

Accounts and sign-in

PerAI uses Google sign-in for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

Acceptable use

• •You agree not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to bypass usage quotas or billing systems
• •You agree not to use PerAI to store, generate, or distribute illegal or harmful content
• •PerAI may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, illegal use, quota bypass attempts, payment abuse, or harmful activity

Document content and user responsibility

Users are responsible for documents they use with PerAI. Do not upload or use content unless you have the rights to use it. PerAI does not review or moderate user documents proactively.

AI-generated output disclaimer

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for high-stakes decisions. PerAI is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, academic, or professional advice. Always verify important information from original sources.

Free plan, Plus subscription, and boosts

• •PerAI Plus is a monthly subscription that increases usage limits
• •Boosts are extra usage packages available with PerAI Plus only
• •Boost purchases are not available on the Free plan
• •Google Play handles Android billing for both subscriptions and boosts

Google Play billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds

Android billing is handled through Google Play according to Google Play policies. Plus subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play unless canceled before renewal. Refunds and cancellations are generally managed through Google Play. Contact support@perai.io if an entitlement did not appear after purchase.

Account deletion and termination

Users can delete their PerAI account through the app or by contacting support@perai.io. PerAI may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, abuse, illegal activity, or payment fraud. Account deletion removes server-side PerAI account data according to service design.

Intellectual property

PerAI and its brand, name, and logo are owned by PerAI. The app and service are provided as described in these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of PerAI intellectual property to you.

Service availability and changes

PerAI may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Disclaimers

PerAI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerAI is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated outputs, data loss, or service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of PerAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

Some legal terms, including governing law and dispute procedures, may be updated when the final operating entity is locked. Until then, these Terms are intended to describe the rules for using PerAI and do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
