How to cancel through Google Play

  5. 5. Select PerAI
  6. 6. Cancel subscription

Purchase not showing

If a purchase does not appear immediately:

  • •Restart PerAI
  • •Ensure you are signed into the same Google account
  • •Wait briefly for Google Play confirmation
  • •Contact support@perai.io with purchase order ID if still not showing

Refunds

Refunds are generally handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies. Contact support if the entitlement did not appear after purchase.

Quota reset

Monthly limits reset with the billing and usage cycle. Boosts add extra usage for heavier months but require Plus.
