How to cancel through Google Play
- 1. Open Google Play
- 2. Tap profile
- 3. Payments and subscriptions
- 4. Subscriptions
- 5. Select PerAI
- 6. Cancel subscription
Purchase not showing
If a purchase does not appear immediately:
- •Restart PerAI
- •Ensure you are signed into the same Google account
- •Wait briefly for Google Play confirmation
- •Contact support@perai.io with purchase order ID if still not showing
Refunds
Refunds are generally handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies. Contact support if the entitlement did not appear after purchase.
Quota reset
PerAI shows available capacity inside the app. Add-on boosts provide exact extra document and answer capacity for heavier periods and require Plus.
